Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Non-Refundable Donations:
All donations made to Sarvhitt Educational and Social Welfare Trust are non-refundable. Once the donation is processed, we cannot accommodate any requests for refunds or cancellations.
2. Reason for No Refunds:
As an NGO, the funds donated to us are used immediately for ongoing programs and projects. Since your contribution directly supports our efforts in education, healthcare, women empowerment, and food distribution, we are unable to return funds once a donation has been made.
3. Exceptionsto the Policy:
In the rare case of a duplicate donation or a technical error that results in an incorrect amount being
charged, please contact us at support@sarvhittindia.org. We will review the situation and, if applicable, issue a refund for the extra or incorrect amount donated.
4. Changesin Tax Exemption:
If a donor has received a tax exemption certificate and needs to adjust their donation, please consult with
us directly. Any changes or adjustments must be handled through appropriate legal channels.
